Trailer has been sitting, not used, since 2009. Don’t have the time to restore it. Everything is original. Roof needs work. Has had some water damage on the interior paneling. The original sheet metal water tank had a leak and was taken out. The ice box, range, oven, seats, heater, flooring, and even the cot above the rear couch are all original and in good shape. Tires need replaced. Clean title in hand.
