Notes from Owner:
- Streamline Empress with a Clear Title
- New custom bumper
- Three new tanks…supply 14 gallons, grey water 22 gallons, black water 22 gallons.
- Brand new toilet.
- Completely repaired…where needed subfloor. Entire trailer has an extra half inch layer of subfloor put down to make it extra firm. Closets do not have this extra layer.
- Custom protection cage that surrounds both grey and black water tanks.
- New plumbing for the tub and shower drain. Also new Pex flexible tubbing for the supply plumbing to toilet and water heater. The new tanks have new discharge plumbing with brand new valves.
- New water pump.
- New 7 pin electrical lead for the trailer to towing vehicle.
- New electrical lead for the connection from trailer to electrical supply.
- Brand new wheels and tires. The tires still have the stickers on them.
- New freshly packed wheel bearings.
- Like new electrical braking system.
- Two new battery boxes.
- New 10 gallon combination gas or electric hot water heater. I have tested this unit….works great.
The exterior on this Streamline Empress is in very good condition. There are some dents on the front of the trailer as seen in the photo’s. There are some small dents on the back as seen. All exterior running lights work perfectly. The interior electrical switches, lights, and outlets all work. The lights run by battery power do not work. I was going to rewire and replace those with LED’s. I have all the original lighting fixtures. There are two propane lanterns, the one by the kitchen that works, and one near the bathroom that needs a new valve. I have some extras that will go with the trailer….a half sheet of aluminum, and a little over a half sheet of galvanized. I have the 4 original Baby Moon hub caps. I have a stove setup from a RV salvage yard to be used with the pink four burner stove top.
I love this Streamline Empress and I had big plans to finish her and take her all over the country. Sadly I have health issues that wont allow me to finish the restoration.
