This Kit camper is my pride and Joy!!! It was born in 1949 and has now been completely overhauled and remodeled from end to end and is now ready for the next 50 years. This camper is garage kept and has no exposure to the elements.

Everything is included and ready to be picked up. You can camp in it on your way back home.
This Kit camper is 68 years old and there are some MINOR imperfections (dings) commonly referred to as “patina”, which are to be expected in a camper this age. The interior and exterior are original throughout but all facets of this camper have been strengthened and preserved.
12’6” long including tongue, 7’6” tall and 7’ wide (Fits in garage!)
1600 lbs(approximately). Could tow with small SUV!

All keys/locks are operational.
Sleeps up to 4 people with the use of a strong metal pole bed which can also be used for luggage.
Super smooth towing due to the light weight.
The entire camper has been anti-oxidized and treated/sealed prior to its professional paint job(receipts available).

Has original icebox, sink and aluminum counter top which are all in great condition
One burner cook stove that uses butane fuel (able to cook in camper) stove comes with a portable carrying case. Very cool.
Space in closet for an emergency portable toilet or luggage which can be easily pulled out for emergencies (toilet not included)
Ample storage under bed which is accessible from the storage hatch outside of the camper
All windows are operational as designed. 2 windows have been replaced including the safety glass in the original door.
New, never used cushions
New flooring throughout the camper.

New exterior lights (12 volt running)
Mattress is in excellent shape. New bedding and linens included in price (unused).
