Very light weight at right around 2200lbs. Camp ready! Brand new tires just put on, electric and water systems work, original mcm lighting, vintage style microwave, original gas stove/oven, and gas fridge (gas systems are untested). Original working doorknob with key. New AC with remote, new custom cushion covers, new curtains, clean inside and out. Tow lights work, small electric heater, tires are brand new and have a older spare that is in good condition. 2” ball and 7 pin for lights.
