(Not exactly sure) Can be used for endless opportunities, massage therapy, work office, cake decorating business, counseling office, and the list goes on. Walking in from the outside is a beautiful transformation. Heat and AC unit, 2 small fridges, a sink, outlets, comes with beautiful thin curtains to match the white classy decor. Bench seating with accent pillows, dresser with storage space, lounge chair. Everything in the pics included! There is an awning as well as step for easy entrance.
